Local sample and live review
The demo uses fixed example rules. Live review sends only the confirmed outbound text to the configured model service through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Eligibility and available credits are checked separately. Real-model quality and remote deployment acceptance remain pending.
What the model can miss
The model can omit a risk, misunderstand a role, invent or misapply legal authority, and produce impractical wording. An unflagged provision is not approval to sign. Exact quotations and privacy markers are checked, but these checks do not establish legal correctness.
Draft methods and preferences
The review method is a bounded adaptation of three commercial-legal checklists from Anthropic Claude for Legal at revision 4a6c651. The full plugin and its connectors do not run here. User preferences describe negotiating objectives; they are not law or market standards. Our Playbook has not been attorney reviewed.
Sources and jurisdiction
A report must separate contract observations from unverified legal propositions. No live legal database or exhaustive current-state-law check is promised. California, New York, Delaware, and other jurisdictions require qualified review in the facts of the transaction.
Human decisions
Firm and compromise edits are negotiation drafts. Verify the source clause, role, missing attachments, facts, and legal basis before relying on or sending a report. The service does not route signatures or send negotiation messages automatically.
Provider and data terms
Model-provider identity, contractual retention terms, location and subprocessors must be confirmed and disclosed for each production deployment. Gateway payload logging and caching are disabled by request settings; remote behavior still requires verification before launch.
